My dictionary on my Mac only gives ``regal'' as a adjectinve and
``regally'' as an adverb, no verb form.

I would say ``regal(l)ing'' as a verb would be similar to
``deify'', to put somebody up as a king or monarch.

On the other hand, I don't find ``regailing'' in the dictionary
or think I have ever heard or read it.
