Speaking of fp html commands

The PHP filePro functions are read-only, and so useless for anything
but reporting.

Direct file manipulation is out, as I've moved the headache of
supporting a date & web server to a hosting company (quite aside from
the risks of multiple-simultaneous-user access issues).

Thanks for the timeout hint - I do use a timeout tho for the one thing
I still get from PHP via fpcgi: the next# in a sequence to use for
IDs (the filepro dataset is still canonical in my dual system). The
majority of the applications that still rely on fpcgi are not PHP
based, tho, and as such the timer trick won't work.

I appreciate the tips, tho, thanks!
