They almost certainly gave you the wrong address.

A quick spot o googling suggests that's a Juniper.  Are they big enough
to have a Juniper as their router?

Yeah, probably.  I see this is a couple days old; have they given you
something different?

When you're VPNned in, what is your Default Gateway/
