And that SPF does more good than harm -- a highly debatable point of view.
They are worse than useless if one does any e-mail forwarding.

Sounds about right. There was a fairly massive botnet spam run within the
last month forging one of our support addresses (which are completely
unfiltered so we can get spam reports :-). There was lots of blowback.
