Put an "@" at the beginning of the menu command line so that it will pause
before returning to the menu and you can see whatever error is being shown.

That was it, thank you!
It shows me that there is an invalid directory name under the Documents and
Settings folder.
That is preventing the batch file from running from tghat workstation.
