Dr Watson memory error

I just got back from a new client's site. They have been running an fp
application for quite a few years and I recently got them as a client.

One of the clerks is having a problem, she just had a new Dell computer
installed. When she modified a record in one file, and the save it, she gets
the following error:

The exception breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reached (0x800000003) occurred in the application at
location 0x7c901230. 

My zero count may be off in the 0x8 above.

She can do this on any other computer in the office.

All other parts of the program and other application on her machine work
properly.

Anyone have any idea what may be causing this problem?
