Ah yes, the difference between Directory Numbers and Dialling Patterns.

I'm doing Asterisk now; I'm intimately familiar with that.

Blame your PSC; GTEFL, back in 99 or so, told me that *they were not
permitted to accept blanket 1+10D* for all calls toll or otherwise; they
blamed the FPSC.
