0x80000003  :-)

A *breakpoint*?  That sounds like either a borked OS, or spyware, to
me; can't imagine why you'd get that particular error otherwise.

Might be worthwhile to run Memtest86+ on it overnight, though; make
certain it's not the RAM itself.
