No. There is a set of command line flags, and there is a set of processing
commands. The PRINTER FILE, PRINTER NAME, et. al are processing commands.

Use the PRINTER commands. That's what they're there for.

Some config variables are read at startup (and, before someone asks, no, I
do not have a list on me), and changing them within processing will have no
effect on the current program.
