Just a note that PRINTER NAME will set the printer type as well as the
destination, while PRINTER will simply set the destination. So, in the
first example, the PRINTER TYPE is superfluous. It is, however, needed
in the second version to ensure the proper type.

Whatever can go in the "destination" column in pmaint can be used with
the PRINTER command.
