Mike,

Ran into that situation with a client I recently got. His fp programmer
passed away about 6 month ago. Luckily only one file had a creation
password on it and I was able to easily remove it. I may need to put a
creation password back in this file once I have had a chance to see what
this file was used for.

Another reason for linking developers and clients is the ability to contact
an end-use and help them get a new developer. This would surely give the
end-users a good feeling knowing that fptech is willing to assist them in
the "hour of need".
