Browse Lookup Headings

It would be great if there could be a Heading Line for browse lookups.
For instance if you did a lookup to the Customer File, you could have a
line that said "Customer File Lookup" at the top of the browse lookup
above the field descriptions.

Also it would be nice if "B" took you to the last record displayed on in
the Browse lookup window and "T" took you the first record displayed (as
they do in a browse of the file).
