Anyhow, that's when this application was designed, 1987, to run on a 386
with a 150mb hard drive.  It ain't all bad...it allows up to 999 line
items on an order, with up to 90 lines of description (of 54 characters
each) for each line item.  It's processed about 4 million orders to date
and still chugging away.  I sure would not design it the same way today
but when something has this much real world testing in it you don't
always throw away the baby with the bath water.
