ADV: The other direction... :)

Hi All,

I didn't want a second ADV so close together, honestly.  I feel really bad
about this.  But since I posted about the other tool I just released, the
XML->CSV converter, someone of -course- said, "Yeah, but when do we get the
exporter?"

So...I wrote a CSV->XML converter as well.  It's capable of automatically
Base64 encoding and embedding files on the fly, as well as working in
"pretty" or condensed modes, etc.

Sorry for a second announcement so close together, really.  Had I known I'd
be writing the other program, I'd have held off and done it all at once.
I'm done for a while now. :) But I did want this out there in case others
had the same thoughts, so they're aware it exists.
