Printer Local question

I bet you don't have:

     printer local

but instead have:

     printer "local"

and it does indeed turn Passthrough printing on....

it just seems not to know what the printer code table to use is...

I have PFPRTC=rschp3 set in the environment and in the processing table
I have:

	printer type "rschp3"

but fp does not seem to use either of these when I turn on pass through
printing with the "printer local" command.

BTW, this is rclerk 5.0.14
