Joe,
I have not played with one of these units, and I have not ever heard of a
PCL standard for output bin control. You could pretty easily build some
test files that would each contain a different numeric value in the bin
selection sequence you cited.
You could also examine the output of the Windows driver when set for each
option. A hex editor such as Hex Workshop is handy for this. You
may find that control of the output bin is being done with PJL, which
"wraps" the PCL.
