The fourth line of the fppath file is the encrypted site password. Do
you really have "/mnt1/usr/acc" on the fourth line? If so, there is no
way to enter a password which will match. You either need to have that
as the fourth line in the fppath file, or save the processing tables in
plain text and remove the password from them.
The PFSP variable is the encrypted password you wish to use temporarily.
Also, filePro doesn't use "PATHFILE". As I recall, that's something in
the p script only, and just to get PFPROG. I think it's a leftover from
when some systems used "/etc/default/pfpath".
