FP Install

I Have received the Filepro 5.6.06 CDs for Openserver5.
I have configured a new SCO 5.0.6 server. 
The Live server with FP 5.0.14 will be taken out of service after the
install and the migration.

I am at the point that I am going to install the new FP version.
I ran the command fpinstall/finish. I am getting a error right from the
start, here it is.

Making ./inst database.  ...Please Wait...
dynamic linker : /fpinstall/inst/fp/dclerk : error opening
/usr/lib/libm.so.1
fpinstall/finish: 1385 killed

I have snooped around the internet, and I assume I need to install java?
Can you give me some advise?
