OT: spam filtering

I subscribed one of my customers to a spam filtering service, and I
find it works magnificently. I think it cheap at $520/year for 16 real
usernames (I believe that amount would cover up to 20 usernames).
Several aliases have been defined (info, sales, postmaster, etc.)
pointing to actual usernames, and others like "chaz, charles, charlie"
for a username which is actually "chas". Each user gets a report every
morning showing held mail, which he/she can optionally release.
The service becomes the customer's MX record; the customer's machine
still listens for the forwarded messages on the standard smtp port, but
is configured to refuse smtp connections from any other hosts; messages
don't get delayed for more than a few seconds.
Contact me off-list for further details.
