Only Brian K. White would say something like:
> I _will_ modify every box that has users overnight some time or other.
> Sometimes a box will go years without needing to be replaced or majorly
> repaired or cloned off to some other physical location, other times I may
> need to do something like that every night for a week. The users never know

> it anywhere. This type of change will _always_ happen over night or over a

Yeah, that's an expected and reasonable time for maintenance.

But you're now specifically talking about doing it under -known-
circumstances. And I'd be willing to bet you can likely actually
preemptively address the issue with fP-Tech support if you put your phone
to your ear and bother to call them in advance instead of complaining about
it when it breaks--or even relying on a grace period.

What was your complaint, again?
