I'll concur with the people who recommend Jim's mkpcl; there are other
ways to create PCL, but none so robust, that I've found.

What you're going to do, very roughly, is convert the file to PCL, and
store it in your PFDIR.  Then you can add it to a printcode, using the
%"filename" syntax, and put that printcode on an output format.

If that's not enough hint, check back.
