Using the "file" option with -PQ

The file will be written to the current directory, or to whatever
directory you want if you specify a path rather than just a filename.

Not currently.  There are plans to add some sort of processing event
to handle this in a future version.

Define a fax printer, and it will appear in the list of printers.
