In fact, that didn't help either.  I used the wizard to build one, and
the only changes were b= and -nx*m*, and it worked.  I'd given up on
the literal k= by then, as I needed to match a 2-field index anyway...

Excuse me: b= by itself didn't help, and the 2 changes were -nxm and
"(options)[header]"...
