This has been a very frustrating day. There isn't any system error
message; just the "-1" error and the other lines I've already reported.
After I press Enter on that, I get dumped back to a SCO OpenServer $ prompt.

I've used debug almost every day for the past 20 years, but when I set a
numeric breakpoint a few lines before I hit the "export", debug ignores the
breakpoint and continues to the export line. Single-step does work as I
would expect. I do hit every line until I get to the export, where my code
blows with the "-1" error. This is filePro 5.0.5 on SCO Unix, but I haven't
noticed that problem before...

(This is a very simple export table that works fine, except for the
output file placement...)

Thanks,

Mike Schwartz
