Oh, I suppose you want to know how... :-)

Use 
   <Esc> % 1 B
to go into HPGL from PCL. Use
   <Esc> % 1 A
to go from HPGL to PCL.

In both cases the "1" can be changed, having to do with pen position 
transfer between the two environments.

There are also a number of PCL commands that set the coordinate system of 
the HPGL world.

That should get you started. Of course you'll need an HPGL manual to get 
very far. If you can't find it at HP.com, let me know and I'll find it.
