That doesn't mean anything.
Any kind of process might have opened the file and might have nothing to do 
with a user.
And/or a user-instigated process might be stuck in the background even 
though the user is gone.
And/or a user-instigated process might have exited without releasing a lock 
(crashed or been killed with kill -9).

If you didn't look with fuser or lslk or lsof or showlock or whatever other 
open-file or lock listing util may exist on aix, then you don't know 
anything at all about whether there was something holding the file open.
