OK, as long as you chuckle with some sense of perspective. For instance, 
here are some things the MS-to-MS telnet connection can do:

1) Pass F1, ctrl-F1, shift-F1, and alt-F1, and ctrl-shift-F1, and 
alt-shift-F1, and ...

2) Have those keys recognized by the running application, without having 
to fiddle wth a terminfo or termcap.

3) Pass mouse actions (I think).

4) Differentiate between the two PageUp keys.

5) Display linedraw characters without, oops, showing them all as 
a-umlauts.

6) Accept and display Russian, Chinese, and Turkish characters.

7) Display a wide range of colors for foreground and background.
