lookup wizard malfunction?

I can't duplicate this on 5.6, but I also never saw it on 5.0.14.  Is it
possible the other indexes are for a different qualifier?  Only the
appropriate qualified indexes show of course.  But, I'm doubting this is
what you're seeing.  No idea.
