Whew! I think that is the biggest set of filePro data I;ve ever heard of...
whew. My feeling is that 2 (or more) autoshufs can run simultaneously. I
worry about doing them over network connections a little... can you make
sure you have something like "nohup" in Unix to assure they continue runing
if the connection is dropped for some reason?
Also, can you point the PFTMP variable to a very large free disk file
system? I think this is repspected by autoshuf. I'm going to assume these
will *not* be inlace shuffles, which is what happens in certain
circumstances.
