The program is $75 US.
I downloaded the two files and WYSIWYG...
All raster rows are "FF's" or black in PCL along with the PCL header
for each row.
I tried to get the .tif, but somehow quick-time was brought into
the process, so I gave up.
I would just work with the MKPCL demo until you can prove, in principle,
that it is going to work. The other thing you could do is print through
a windows printer driver to a file and cut out the part you need.
