Speaking of which, that reminds me of an AOL commercial from a couple
of years ago...
A man and a woman are discussing the problems that their computer is
having, when their toddler comes along and clicks the mouse button.
Suddenly, the computer says something like "scanning..." following
by "problem fixed". Nothing about what "problem" it found, nor what
it did to "fix" it. The parents are gleaming with joy that their
little one fixed the computer.
"Sure. I have no problem with you scanning my entire computer and
silently making whatever changes you think may be necessary, without
you telling me what changes you made nor giving me the option to say
'don't do that'. Why do you ask?"
