Only Bruce Easton would say something like:

I already generate web-page-based output for perusing and/or editing. This
is specific to full bills and receipts. So basically, click a link to
print either one and it could either come up straight to the printer
transparently like I know WePO will do, or it could pop a PDF to a separate
target="_blank" and let Adobe Reader do the grunt work and let the user hit
the all-important "Print" key in the browser plugin.
Those are the two methods I'm looking at.
Now, ideally, in some situations (none that I know of -yet- in this
project, but some I've seen in others), it would be handy to do something
like emulate IUA and keep adding records, and when you save a record, get
both a printed confirmation on the printer -and- a fresh new add record
form in the browser--simultaneously on the same HTTP Response. I did a
proof of concept of that with WePO for someone, but they erased my proof of
concept files from their server before ever implementing it live. *thwack*
However, I remember it being very easy to do when you know the right
argument for WePO. THAT is some slick functionality, but I don't currently
need it, to my knowledge. The links I have in my current task list are all
to be print-only, and I've not heard differently.
