What to do with checks

We have been using that approach for about a year and a half. It works well
to a certain extent. We have 100's of checks a day and sometimes it can't
read all the pertinent info and requires operator intervention. As far as
scanning the checks, this is where this approach excels. After you finish
for the day you are able to scan all the checks in, in one operation.
Since we know the date of deposit we know where to find the check. If we
wanted to see the actual negotiated check (front and back) we go online to
the banks site. It works very well.
