Now, in fairness to Microsoft... no, wait.  Why would I want to be
fair to Microsoft?  :-)

(Those agencies and companies banned XP deployment when it first
shipped as well; they were all at least a year late getting in.  If
someone says "we evaluated it for deployment, and it failed"; *that*
would be newsworthy.  TTBOMK, it hasn't happened yet.)
