I designed a knowledge base and bug submission/help request web site _years_ 
ago in filepro and fpweb but fptech never implemented it.

Here is the complete package - both for end-users and fptech personnel.

You can ask a question from the "Ask Knowledge Base" or type "*all" to see a 
list of the current knowledge base entries.
The "Support Manager's" page is quite interesting in that it refreshes every 
30 seconds to show any new unanswered queries.

I think there were four problems that prevented them from implementing it:

1- I wrote it.
2-  I wrote it in fpweb.
3- It was free and free thing are worthless
4- It takes a lot of time to create the actual knowledge base information.

Jose could just link to my site and we should allow anyone to add knowledge 
base entries as per wiki.
