OT: using pscp to *move* files

Someone else pointed that out to me this afternoon.

As it happens, the problem's been solved in the original direction: the
windows guy found out he *could* 'move' files from the Samba share on
his Win2k3 server, even though NT4 couldn't for some reason, so that is
what he's decided to do.
