OT: DOH!! ...Subject line conflicts.

So uhm, I don't mind adhering to our nettiquette regarding ADV: tags on
subject lines in postings. Really, I don't. It's sensible and
responsible.
However, the irony of this is that someone apparently tried to reply to
my message about the article, and -my- SpamAssassin tossed their reply.
I don't even get a copy of my own posts when I use that tag. I guess it
never occurred to me that someone would directly reply to it like that and
it might get tossed by the filters due to the subject line. Should have
done, but didn't.
About all I can say is, if one wishes to respond directly to such a
message, changing the subject to omit the "ADV" is really a wise idea. Not
just for me, but probably just to be safe for anyone. Anyone could be
following the rules, but have inbound mailing that results in this kind of
catch-22.
My apologies for any inconvenience anyone ran into regarding this.
