I think this should generate a syntax error... whatdoeseveryoneelse think?

Because there is already data in the file, and filePro will not change
the field numbering in such a situation.  (That's the same reason that
you can't use F3/F4 to insert/delete fields from the existing part of
the map when there is data in the file.)
