Printer Code

I'm trying to convert a few printer control codes from decimal to hex /
character. I have two codes:

 

chr(27) +'@' + chr(29) + chr(86) + chr(66)   which I converted to    $1b @
$1d VB

 

chr(27) + 'p' + chr(0) + chr(100) + chr(250)  - I have converted so far
$1b p $00 d        (What would the chr(250) convert to )
