Tabs Between Fields in a .txt File

I am generating an output file that has about eight different fields on a line. My customer needs this file with tabs between the data to import into his pos program. The only thing I have been able to do is generate a file with spaces between the fields. His pos apparently will not accept this, it has to be tabs. Is there a way to do this?

I am using Filepro 5.0.09 on win2000 advanced server
