Tok Size bigger then Prc Size

Try saving and tokenizing a processing table with -no- lines of
processing in it.  The "prc" table will be zero length while the
"tok" table will be of a size greater than that.

On UNIX/Linux you can use 'strings' to see a lot of stuff saved in
"tok" tables.
