Tok Size bigger then Prc Size

The one time that I saw a significant size difference in favor of 
the tok table being largter than the prc table, I had dimensioned a 
rather large array in the processing table(10000 fields m/l with 
perhaps 20 char per field). The tok table was several times larger 
than the prc table
