I'm not sure I understand your question or even the reason for it... so I
guess I'll just let is slide.

Although... to reiterate in case you actually didn't get it the first
time... When done normally, the program uses the lp command with the -c
switch and some other options...  When run through the system command of
filePro... it does not run the lp command.... meaning, fo course, that this
is the probelm. I would suppose that if the lp command *were* to run, then
the prinout would occur.  It is the fact that the lp does *not* happen that
*is* the probelm....

Like I said, I don't understand your question or the reason for it... If the
lp command was running and I could not get  a prinout, I would have been
asking different questions for the guy.
