Is it just me, or did Jay Ashworth say:

Hell, I got my Compaq V-3015NR notebook for $800, new, and could do the
same thing with slightly different software, and -still- play World of
Warcraft when I'm done. That is a total waste of cash getting a PDA just
for this purpose.

Did you see the pricetag of $3600? Where'd you get $800?

And this made me laugh:

"
She said Immunity is taking orders for the $3,600 device, mostly from
law enforcement agencies looking to do covert hacking on sensitive
   networks.

Aitel said Immunity is careful to do due diligence when selling its
products, which can fall into the wrong hands and end up being used
for illegal purposes. "We don't sell to anonymous users. We make a
fair effort to vet buyers and know where the money is coming from and
who we're shipping to," she explained.
"

The ironic thing is that law "enforcement" will likely be hacking domestic
sites illegally, looking for terrorists where there are none, if the NSA
wiretap fiasco of the Bush administration is anything to go by WRT ethics.
I've heard of crackers with more ethics, sadly enough.

Exercising due diligence would be -not- selling it to law enforcement,
IMHO. That section made me laugh in derision.
