I'm not Mark, but this isn't difficult to do with a Linux box as
the MX receiver, passing the filtered mail through to an internal
Exchange server.

You might want to look at Zimbra as a drop-in replacement for
Exchange though.  It runs on various flavors of Linux, and is far
less expensive and reliable than an Exchange.
