I doubt we have sufficient clout to get into the official comp.* hierarchy.
alt.* perhaps...but that's rather pointless.  Less people have decent
newsreaders than have email, by far.  And web-based USENET...don't start
me.  :)

Why should it include something as backdated as zmodem when you can use
pscp, which is part of the PuTTY suite?

If you really want/need to go the zmodem route, Anzio Lite is a decent
choice.
