Good $iety!!
The license header is poison. As an active contributor on Apache, HPL/GPL, and
MIT licensed projects, if I even saw any code with that header I would have to
claw my eyes out. And my eyes are crap these days. Not as bad as JE's, but
pretty crappy.
The best system I have used is for the Apache Open For Business "ofBiz" project.
In order to contribute code snippets the contributor has to agree to releease
any patent claims and agree to the Apache software foundation's V.2.0 license.
From that point anyone take take that code and use it in any closed or open
source application freely. No one gets mad. Everyone is happy.
As it stands now, if someone were to take your qualifier code and use it modifed
or as is, they are in violation of your license unless they are clients of "The
Integrated Flooring Management System".
Solve this hurdle. Get a license that works for you. Make sure code contributed
is not tainted.
