You can do this with menu commands, but not the SYSTEM command in
processing. Prefix the command line with "++" and it will run the
command via perl. (You can set PFPERL to point to the perl binary
if it's not on the path. You can also use "+SOMETHING+" and filePro
will use the environment variable "SOMETHING" as the command shell.)
However, this is just commands from user menus.
