With NO intent to denigrate Jim or his work, but to disagree
respectfully:

The SIMPLEST way to get really nice PCL forms is:

1. Design a form in Word or Excel or Publisher or ???, or find one that is
published online as PDF.

2. Print to file with a LaserJet PCL-5 driver (even a color one). Make
sure the file has a .PCL extension.

3. Tell Print Wizard to use that file as an overlay.

We're talking a $99 package here, or $150 for AnzioWin if your filePro
runs on Unix/Linux. And it really is this easy!
