Four score and seven years--eh, screw that!

I don't particularly want to start something--or anything. I just have to
observe the point that they've already been ignoring their most vocal
supporters and developers for years. You've done more for fP-Tech than
anyone I know, John. If they can't be bothered to listen to you, of all
people, where is there -any- hope? I'm not seeing even a dim light at the
end of the tunnel, here. And if I should be, I'm convinced it'll be a
train. :)

Seriously though, I don't think it matters -where- the suggestions have
been put; if someone is going to ignore the wishes of their user base
flat-out, no matter where they are made, then there's already no hope.

Ignoring a request or idea simply because it's not put in the "official"
channel, when those in charge are still made clearly aware of it anyway,
is (to me) a sign that a company doesn't care about its users enough to
bend the rules to better serve them--and indeed by borrowing the transitive
theory from mathematics, illustrates a disregard for its own survival.

No rant. Just a depressing observation and extrapolation.
